Chicken coating:
3-4 chicken beat cut into bite sized pieces
Salt and pepper
1 cup cornstarch
2 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
Sauce:
3/4 cup sugar
4 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
Cook chicken in oil. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour sauce over chicke. Bake for 30 minutes.
